ANT Global Makine A.Ş. in Istanbul leads the group. Its wholly owned subsidiary, ANT Holding GmbH in Eichenzell, holds and manages the four German subsidiaries. The parent and holding companies support the businesses in strategy, financing and development.

Warmpressteile GmbH
Weisensee produces hot-pressed parts and ready-to-fit components in Eichenzell. Toolmaking, hot forming and further machining are carried out within one company, whose roots date back to 1863.
