Based in Istanbul, ANT Global Makine A.Ş. is the parent company and sole shareholder of ANT Holding GmbH. It leads the group and is responsible for strategy, shareholding management and financing to support the companies in Germany and Türkiye.

ANT Global maintains the international partner network, supports market access and advises the companies. It handles shared strategic and financial matters, while the operating companies remain responsible for their day-to-day business.

ANT Holding GmbH is the ANT Group’s German intermediate holding company, based in Eichenzell. Its sole shareholder is ANT Global Makine A.Ş. in Istanbul. The holding company owns 100 per cent of Weisensee, MTW, LMpv and ANT Invest and provides strategic leadership for the German businesses.

The holding company supports management teams in finance, organisation and projects. It finances machinery, buildings and growth from within the group and coordinates administration, controlling, purchasing and IT. Its responsibilities also include securing sites and business succession. It has no manufacturing or sales operations of its own.

Weisensee Warmpressteile GmbH manufactures closed-die forgings and hot-pressed parts in copper, copper alloys, aluminium alloys and magnesium alloys. Its roots date back to 1863. Since 1997, it has operated in Eichenzell’s Rhön industrial park. In-house tooling with forming simulation, heat treatment and machining complement production.

Weisensee is the group’s largest company. Part weights range from a few grams to around 100 kilograms, with quantities from one-offs to large production runs. Customers work in automotive, aerospace, electrical engineering, medical technology, mechanical engineering, security and defence. A metallurgical laboratory and assembly complement the offering.

MTW GmbH – Metalle und technische Werkstoffe was founded in 2001 and operates in Dermbach. The company focuses on CNC precision machining. Its activities include high-precision flat surfaces for the hydraulics industry and gearbox parts for the automotive industry, using both automated and manual production.

Its services include grinding, lapping, finishing and machining wear-resistant special brass alloys. MTW works closely with Weisensee Warmpressteile GmbH, linking hot forming with subsequent precision machining.

LMpv Leichtmetall-Produktion & Verarbeitung GmbH develops light-metal materials, particularly magnesium alloys. Founded in 2007, it operates in Dermbach. Strip-cast plates used as feedstock for closed-die forging connect its materials work with further industrial processing. Its activities also include castings of wrought magnesium alloys, development and small production runs.

LMpv adds light-metal and magnesium materials to the group’s hot forming and precision machining activities. Alongside development and small production runs, it trades in metallic materials for lightweight construction. LMpv manages its own operations and customer relationships.

ANT Invest GmbH is based in Eichenzell and brings together the group’s industrial and commercial real estate. It develops, manages and lets production facilities, offices and medical practice premises. These include the property at Untere Röde 13 in Dermbach, the former technology and start-up centre.

By owning its properties, ANT Invest gives the operating companies a stable basis for planning.
